Abstrakt
| Prices of real estate in the City in recent years have been rising steeply. Places in cities are be coming rare and valuable. In addition, the size of the land is added to parking standards and current parking requirements that take up more space. At the same time, new technologies and new requirements for the technology and ecology of the city are entering the issue of parking. The areas of shopping centers in the city center are occupied by large areas, which are an integral part of which are parking spaces, which are used only at some time. Ostrava has a lot of grooves that are used for parking spaces. Their effective and economic use is therefore a big question. From the point of view of the place these are valuable land, which we com pare and find out its effective use. The parking spaces themselves are used only at a certain time of day. From this point of view it is the uneconomical use of land, where the parking space must be added to the price of the land. When we add the price of the land to these places, we find that the parking space will make us more expensive and its use as parking lacks a logical and economic sense. It is preferable to build new build ings, the completion of the city and improve the quality of public space.. |
