Abstrakt
| The gradual phasing out the traditional employment model, work organization and collective labour relations observed in recent decades is a consequence of the progressing globalization of economic processes. These changes are also fostered by the dynamic development of information technologies and the growing importance of services in the economy. Increasing competition on the market forces companies to improve the flexibility of their operations, hence the growing importance of atypical employment forms. The aim of this paper is to analyze the scale of flexible employment in the Visegrad countries (V4). However, due to the limited availability of data, it was decided to analyze selected flexible employment forms in two age groups of employees, i.e. aged 15-24 and 55-64. An additional criterion for the selection of research group was the fact that employees of younger and older generation are in a special situation on the labor market. The paper uses desk research method and comparative analysis, while the source of statistical data was the Eurostat database.. |
