Abstrakt
| The main topic of the article is the issue of social aggression in the virtual world, defined by the environment of social networks and other means of electronic communication. Among the risks posed to different groups of the users, attention was paid to high school and university students, which have become the protagonists of cyberbullying. The protagonists are the aggressors and victims themselves, but also witnesses, who may then be non-participants or, conversely, may further deepen the attack. The aim of the research studies was to examine the real situation in the long run, to map the development of this pathological phenomenon and in particular to find out the representation of protagonists among university and high school students. The situation was examined and the necessary data were obtained using the so-called Ostrava Cyberbullying Questionnaire, which was prepared by a team of authors. The introductory part is followed by a description of the risks of the Internet, including cyberbullying and the characteristics of their protagonists. The text is also focused on resources and forms of social aggression on the Internet and the consequences of cyberbullying on an individual’s personality. The resulting data show that high school students have more experience with cyberbullying.. |
