Abstrakt
| The paper deals with the analysis of the possibilities of growing startups into creative intergenerational teams, which are considered an important part of the company’s innovation potential. Its aim is to formulate recommendations based on our own primary research. The original tools of game theory, the concept of a two-matrix non-cooperative game model, were used to interpret the research. The paper also contains its own definition of the creative intergenerational team, analysis of theoretical background based on the available literature, integration into the issue of evolutionary stability of human communities and justification of the creative intergenerational teams’ importance. Field research was carried out with the help of the national CzechInvest, the Olomouc Startup Club and the Technology Center of Hradec Králové. Attention in the interpretation of the research was focused mainly on the dilemma of team members in the form of a choice, whether to participate in increasing its potential, or to give priority to visibility and take advantage of an advantageous offer from the area where the team operates.. |
