Abstrakt
| The aim of the paper is to present surveillance and analysis of both current and future users’ of the social and related services on chosen territory as a potential effective instrument of municipality’s social policy. The article starts with defining the needs of users in the context of social services community planning and provision. The main part of the article is the description of a research project called Analysis of the needs of selected target groups in the city Opava as a means to support social inclusion in the context of social work, which has been requested by the city Opava and conducted by academics at Faculty of public policies at Silesian university in Opava. The goal of the project was to present relevant and empirical information to evaluate needs of selected target groups of the social and related services that served as one of the grounds upon which Community plan for development of social and related services in the city Opava for years 2017-2021. End of the article is dedicated to comparison of suggestions for the target group of people with autistic disorders to the aims and measures of the mentioned community plan for given target group through results and conclusions of the university qualification paper supervised by the author. |
