Abstrakt
| Automation and robotisation are an integral part of the digital industry 4.0. The subject of the article is research on the use of the autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in industry 4.0., in distribution and commerce, including research by manufacturers - leaders in the production of AMR. In addition, the article focuses on the research on the global market for AMR and research on the articles from major global robotics agencies such as Interact Analysis, Business Wire and Berkshire Hathaway Company, Technavio Research. One of the conclusions from the market research is that the post epidemic situation of the COVID-19 pandemic will lead to a very significant increase in the AMR market. This is due to significant increases in the e-commerce market, where robots are very efficient in use, as well as the transfers of production and distribution from the countries with low labour prices such as China to the countries where the cost of labour is high and can largely be substituted by robots, for example in the distribution centres, manufacturing, etc.. |
